David Bureau

David Bureau holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance from the University of Sherbrooke. While studying, he co-founded three IT companies and remained involved in several technology startups. David is particularly interested in business strategy, merger and acquisitions (M&A), corporate finance, creative business models, and fundraising through equity, debt, and grants.
Before launching Finalytics in 2019, David worked as an investment director for multiple angel investors and high-net-worth individuals. He also held the position of chief financial officer (CFO) at AmpMe, was an associate at 500 Startups Canada, and worked as an associate at Diagram Ventures. In addition, he has advised and served as part-time CFO for over 200 companies in the startup industry.

Gabriel Bureau

Gabriel has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from the University of Toronto, where he developed a keen interest in financial modeling and unit economics. With great attention to detail and a constant thirst for new challenges, he gained industry experience in mid-market investment banking, specializing in merger and acquisitions (M&A) and debt issuance.
Later, he pivoted toward international business management before joining Finalytics in January 2020. At Finalytics, Gabriel helps clients restructure their finances and accounting processes while assisting them in forecasting their future growth.

Anis Kali

Anis holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a Major in Finance from McGill University.
Upon graduating, he joined Diagram Ventures, a venture capital firm with an incubator model. Over three years, he supported the fund and its portfolio companies on various financial, fundraising and strategic efforts across the Canadian and American technological landscape.
Anis joined Finalytics in April 2021. His current role involves helping clients with financial modeling, budgeting, fundraising and strategic mandates while preparing them for future growth.

Patricia Lefebvre

As a CPA Auditor, Patricia holds a Business Administration Bachelor and a Public Accounting Graduate Degree. She cumulates over six years of experience in finance leadership roles as controller and director of finance. She gained extensive experience establishing and optimizing processes for data management and reporting information. Her services include financial modeling, data and reporting processes implementation, management of year-end related activities, cash management and much more.
Patricia joined Finalytics in May 2022 to offer her experience to startups and help them manage their financial department. She is passionate about data modeling and automation processes and is committed to helping her customers gain visibility and understand their financial situation and main KPIs.

Magali Bélanger Bonneau

Magali is a Finance Director with a solid financial experience in the fields of complex software and manufacturing. For more than 10 years, she has successfully overseen and performed in a wide range of finance departments and functions, including financial reporting, financial modeling, cost analysis and ERP implementation. Skilled in budgeting, continuous improvement, business process amelioration, forecasting, and financial analysis, she is always focused on the overall performance of financial processes and the profitability of operations. She is a CPA, holds a BAA focused on accounting from HEC Montréal and is passionate about companies that can dramatically change the way people work.

Michel Fortier

Michel holds a Bachelor of Business and Administration from HEC Montreal and is a member of the Quebec CPA Order. Cumulating 20 years of experience in corporate finance, including 10 years with a major accounting firm, he is a seasoned professional with in-depth expertise in the challenges faced by companies at all stages of their growth.
Having worked as CFO for big and small companies in the manufacturing and retail industries, Michel managed growth, decline and restructuring of operations. With a passion for business process optimization, he contributed to the implementation of ERP systems and led several innovation and strategic planning initiatives.
As a Business Advisor, Michel helps clients with financial modeling, planning, and strategic mandates to prepare them for future growth.

Jérôme Paquette

Jérôme holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration in Finance and a Master's degree in Finance from Université de Sherbrooke. He is also a member of the Chartered Business Valuators Institute (CBV).
Cumulating over 10 years of experience, Jérôme worked in consulting firms, a pension fund, and a private equity firm. Specializing in corporate finance with a focus on business valuation, he worked with more than 200 companies of various sizes and industries for mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, litigation, financial reporting, and strategic planning.
Jérôme joined Finalytics in May 2023 as a Startup Advisor. His current role involves accompanying clients with business valuation, mergers and acquisitions, financial modeling, and strategic mandates while preparing them for future growth and value creation.

Kevin Cosgrove

Kevin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a Major in Accounting from Acadia University.
Kevin has enjoyed a broad range of experience since graduation including working in large public company audit and in IT consulting at PwC Canada, helping lead finance activities as Controller of a family office group of companies, and working as a consultant at a fractional CFO firm, where he helped companies set up their finance functions to scale strategically. As a result of this broad experience, Kevin is highly skilled in financial modelling, process mapping and change management, setting up finance tech automation, and in technical accounting.
Kevin joined Finalytics in January of 2024 as a Startup Advisor. He loves helping his clients create value for their shareholders through building scalable processes and automations, improving their reporting functions, helping them strategically plan, and preparing them for future growth.

Chantale Haddo

Chantale Haddo graduated from Concordia University with a Bachelor in Commerce, majoring in Accounting. After completing her degree, she earned her CPA title. With over five years of startup experience in the health, fitness, financial, and technological sectors, Chantale has a proven track record of helping companies grow and succeed. She is highly skilled in maintaining company finances, including cash flow management, budgeting, and process optimization for more efficient month-end closures. Chantale has a particular interest in the emerging field of crypto accounting and has taken an active role in helping clients navigate this complex area.
Chantale joined Finalytics in 2021, where she has been helping clients improve their financial reporting and maintain their books in good standing. She works closely with clients who deal with cryptocurrency, providing them with the guidance they need to succeed in this rapidly evolving area.

Daniel Fhima

Daniel graduated from Concordia's John Molson School of Business with a Bachelor in Accounting, after which he earned his CPA title with a specialization in performance management and finance. He has over 8 years of experience working in venture capital and startups, as well large enterprises and client-serving businesses. Daniel has held leadership roles including controller and director of finance, while still maintaining an operation and hands-on approach to how he's helped businesses grow and succeed.
Daniel joined Finalytics in October 2023 where he enjoys utilizing his diverse experience to support a wide range of startups as they build stable and scalable finance and accounting processes. His extensive background also allows him to draw on a broad network to offer tailored guidance to support companies’ growth and other key objectives.

Alexandre Themens

As a CPA, Alexandre has had the privilege to work as the Financial Controller for both the Canadian and US subsidiaries of a French med-tech company and as a Management Consultant in business transformation at KPMG. Since leaving KPMG, he has helped his clients set up their finance function, optimizing it and making it a useful tool for management. In his current role, he oversees his clients' finance functions and provides strategic guidance to management.

Kevin Chen

Kevin earned a Bachelor of Business and Administration in Accounting from HEC Montreal. He gained valuable experience working with startup tech companies, including as one of the first accountants at Frank and Oak, where he assisted with investment requirements and year-end audits. His broad industry experience complements his knowledge.
Kevin joined Finalytics in January 2021 as a startup advisor. His current role allows him to help startups with their financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate books, structuring internal accounting processes and assisting with financial reporting and modeling.

Frederick Gauthier

Frederick has completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Biotechnological Engineering and a Master’s in Chemical Engineering. Well versed in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, he has worked in various environments that perfected his technical writing skills. He has held production manager and regulatory compliance roles in startup companies.
Frederick is currently a grant coordinator at Finalytics. With his project management experience, he helps startups apply for various provincial and federal grants by synchronizing and simplifying their application process.

Marta Gomez

CPA holder Marta has nearly 15 years of experience in accounting with experience ranging from SMEs to large, fast-growing, companies in the manufacturing and retail sectors
She held key roles within companies, actively contributing to the structuring and optimization of financial processes. She has led several strategic projects, including:
- Implementation and monitoring of internal controls, ensuring compliance and financial efficiency.
- Budgeting and performance tracking, optimizing costs and overall performance.
- Management of high-performing teams, ensuring the production of accurate financial statements within tight deadlines.
- Change management support, facilitating the adoption of new practices and handling resistance.
Recognized for her strong communication skills, she promotes effective collaboration with stakeholders to ensure the financial strategy aligns with the company's objectives. Her team spirit and leadership enable her to foster a structured and efficient work environment.

Thara Nandakumar

Thara holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a Major in Accountancy from Concordia University’s John Molson School of Business. Prior to completing her studies, she gained valuable experience through her internships at KPMG and Bombardier. Thara has worked at Diagram Ventures as a staff accountant, where she helped several startups with their financial and accounting needs. She also worked at Lotus Medical Inc. as an accounting analyst, providing accounting support to the company and its clinic.
Thara works at Finalytics as a Financial Analyst, helping clients with their financial, accounting, payroll and sales tax needs.

Sarah Jharru

Sarah Jharru has over 20 years of financial experience and is a CDI College Financial Management Program Graduate. Touching diverse companies, from small sole proprietor businesses to large corporations, her wealth of knowledge and experience enable her to adapt to the customer’s financial requirements.
Sarah has grown into diverse roles spanning the different disciplines in finances. Her positions as AR manager, AP manager, financial analyst, assistant controller and finance manager have given her the high-level accounting and reporting expertise sought by startups and established companies. This expertise is valuable to Finalytics.

Ashley Cloutier

Ashley holds an MBA in Finance from the Sobey School of Business at Saint Mary’s University in Halifax, as well as a BBA in Accounting from the University of Prince Edward Island. Over the past eight years, Ashley has worked providing high-level administrative, financial and accounting services to startup companies in a variety of industries.
She joined Finalytics in September 2019 as a bookkeeper. Her current role allows her to help startups with their financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations.

Ludovic Cao

With a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University and a CPA designation, Ludovic's background ranges from audit, financial planning, and controllership across multiple industries. His experience includes budget overseeing, financial analysis, cash flow management, reporting, and SME engagements management. Passionate about operational efficiency and non-profits, he excels at optimizing financials and business processes to drive performance.

Mirian Quispe

Mirian holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and Finance. She has worked with companies operating in various fields, ranging from investment fund management to the biopharmaceutical sector. Her experience includes, among other things, bookkeeping, managing day-to-day operations, leading teams, coordinating special projects, and collaborating with external auditors and government agencies.
Joining Finalytics in the fall of 2023, she is recognized for her attention to detail, resourcefulness, and ability to effectively meet the needs of her clients.

Agnes Vargas

Agnes Vargas studied Financial Management at CDI College in 2018 and has since worked in Finance. In the past years, she worked for different companies, from the entertainment business to fashion. Her experience includes working on accounts payables and receivables and, as a financial analyst at Bestseller Canada, providing support on their accounting and budget season. She has grown her knowledge and abilities from small to big companies and can quickly adapt to our multiple-scenario clients.
Agnes joined Finalytics in April 2023 as a financial analyst and bookkeeper. She is helping clients establish a clean and organized accounting system and support their accounting cycle and sales tax reports.

Diane Ferryn

For more than ten years, Diane has worked in accounting as a CPA within various organizations. Her sense of responsibility, precision and experience ensure that she is able to meet any challenge that comes her way. Diane has worked in various sectors ranging from food to construction, and in various structures ranging from SMEs to large companies.
Her main tasks were to establish end-of-month and end-of-year processes, to regulate the various issues with government levels, and to bring the accounting teams to achieve the objectives defined by management.
Diane joined Finalytics at the beginning of 2024. She will be able to deliver all the requested tasks as quickly as possible and those in the most autonomous manner possible, while supporting the client in order to optimize their processes

Patricia Trottier

With over 31 years of experience in full-cycle accounting, Patricia holds a DEC in administration and accounting. Early in her career, she gained valuable experience working alongside a chartered accountant, while leading an accounting department. In the past 16 years, she has specialized in the management of accounting for small and medium-sized businesses.

Annabelle Fortier

Annabelle brings a strong and versatile skill set, developed through years of experience in a multinational company within the agricultural sector. She excels in both administrative operations and customer relations, demonstrating flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive approach. Recognized for her professionalism and courteous service, Annabelle consistently meets client needs with efficiency and confidence. She also holds a vocational diploma (DEP) and a certificate in accounting.
